This face mask has a NIOSH approved N95 rating and it is FDA cleared for use as a surgical mask (certified Type IIR). It has the ability to offer 95% filtration efficiency and it has a flammability rating class 1. It is also fluid resistant 120 mmHg and it is designed to be used in operating rooms during surgical procedures to help prevent the spread of fluids, micro-organisms and particulate material.
