Delivery Information & Returns 

Genuine PPE is a UK based company. We dispatch all our goods from our office in Edgware, London and are committed to offering a speedy service so you can receive your orders quickly.  We predominantly deliver to the UK. 

 

Deliveries within the UK 

Standard delivery: £2 (2-5 working days) 

Next day delivery (must order before 1 pm Mon- Fri):  £8.50 for up to 20kg

Free Shipping: On orders of £99+ 

  

Deliveries to the EU & Rest of the World 

We do deliver to the EU but please be aware that the EU customs may charge additional costs for you to receive your order. This is something that we have no control over and it is outside of our responsibility so please check these costs with EU customs before you order.

Returns 

Genuine PPE Returns Policy 

We are not currently accepting returns on any PPE. This includes; all face masks, face visors, all disposable gloves, hand sanitizer, COVID test kits, disinfectant wipes, any aprons or surgical gowns due to COVID risks. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the shipped date to return your order to us for a refund or exchange. Items returned must be unused, unopened packaging and in a resaleable condition.  

 

How to request a return 

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase or you have received incorrect or damaged items, please notify us by completing the form below.  Once we receive this, we will be in contact to tell you how to return the goods to us.  Returns will be to our address in London, UK.  

Please note: if you have just changed your mind, you will be responsible for the costs of returning the item/s to us. 

When we have received your returned items, we will apply a refund back to the same payment method that you made the purchase with.  We will do this quickly but it can take some payment providers 5-14 days pass the refund on to you. 

 

Your rights and responsibilities 

  • When returning any item please send your return using a secure or trackable method (such as recorded delivery or special delivery) or proof of postage.  If a parcel goes missing on the way back to use you will need to provide this proof so we can make a claim to reimburse the costs from Royal Mail. 
  • If returned goods arrive to us in an unsellable condition, we will not be able to refund you for them. 
  • Returned items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, we cannot accept returns that are older than this. 
  • We cannot refund and items that have not had prior approval, you must fill out the returns form beforehand.
