I ordered 10 marks almost 2 weeks ago. I got an email the following Monday telling me that they didnt have the item in stock. They offered an alternative, but I declined and asked them to cancel the order. To my surprise they charged me anyway and I have been fighting to get my money back. They keep giving excuses, the last one being that I would get a refund within 7 working days. I am still waiting and will never order from them again.

I was very disappointed with the state of the outside wrapping of each mask and the package containing them. Very crumpled as if retrieved from a ‘waste bin’! The outer postal packaging I will add was in perfect condition along with the masks.
